M9082 ISO-1 NLR
MIF Antagonist; Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor
ISO-1, also known as MIF Antagonist, is a MIF inhibitor with an IC50 of 7 uM. ISO-1 exerts anti-cancer effects on PANC-1 cell proliferation, migration and invasion in vitro, and inhibited PANC-1 cell-induced tumour growth in xenograft mice in vivo.
M21425 Recombinant Human MIF (E. coli) Cytokines and Growth Factors
Macrophage Migration; Inhibitory Factor
Recombinant human macrophage migration inhibitor (rhMIF) is a single nonglycosylated polypeptide chain of 115 amino acids produced in Escherichia coli. Accession # P14174.
M40641 Recombinant Mouse MIF Protein (E.coli, C-6His) Cytokines and Growth Factors
Macrophage migration inhibitory factor; DER6
Macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) is a secreted protein and belongs to the MIF family. MIF is an important regulator of innate immunity. The circulating MIF binds to CD74 on other immune cells to trigger an acute immune response. Hence MIF is classified as an inflammatory cytokine. Furthermore glucocorticoids also stimulate white blood cells to release MIF and hence MIF partially counter acts the inhibitory effects that glucocorticoids have on the immune system. Finally trauma activates the anterior pituitary gland to release MIF.
M6345 4-IPP Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor
4-Iodo-6-phenylpyrimidine
4-IPP is an irreversible inhibitor of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and specific suicide substrate.
M27947 MIF098  Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor
MIF098 is a macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) antagonist. MIF098 inhibits proliferation, migration and fibrosis of pulmonary smooth muscle cells. MIF098 can be used for immunoinflammation-related disease research.
M28150 (±)-CPSI-1306  Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor
(±)-CPSI-1306 is an orally available antagonist of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF).
M29808 MD13  PROTAC
MD13 is a macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF)-directed PROTAC with a Ki of 71 nM. MD13 can be used for cancer research.
