Cyclosporine is a calcineurin phosphatase pathway inhibitor. Cyclosporin is a cyclic decapeptide that could be isolated form the soil fungi Tolypocladium inflatum. Cyclosporin is an immunosuppressant thought to bind to cyclophilin in T-lymphocytes.
