Intelectin-1/ITLN1 is a lectin with specific affinity for microbial carbohydrate chains and recognizes β-linked D-galactofuranosose, D-glycerolphosphate modified glycans, D-glycerol-D-talo-oct- 2-ulosonic acid (KO) and 3-deoxy-D-manno-oct-2-keto acid (KDO). It binds to bacterial glycans and helps defend against microorganisms.
Recombinant Human Intelectin-1/ITLN1 expressed the target gene encoding Cys31-Gly253 with His tag at the N-terminus.
Immobilized Human Intelectin-1/ITLN1 Protein at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-ITLN1 Polyclonal antibody, the ED50 for this effect is 6-15 ng/mL.

Apolipoprotein H (ApoH) is a major phospholipid binding protein and an important component to measure in the assessment of anti-phospholipid syndrome. Apolipoprotein H is the primary target of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs) found in many patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). |

| Recombinant Mouse HMGB1 Protein (E. coli, C-His)
The recombinant mouse HMGB1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. High-mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), also known as HMG-1 or amphoterin previously, is a member of the HMGB family. HMGB1 is a DNA-binding nuclear protein, released actively following cytokine stimulation as well as passively during cell death. |
| Recombinant Human HMGB1 Protein (E. coli, C-His)
Human High-mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), previously known as HMG-1 or amphoterin, is a member of the high mobility group box family of non-histone chromosomal proteins. Human HMGB1 is expressed as a 30 kDa, 215 amino acid (a.a.) single chain polypeptide. |
