Biological Activity

Apolipoprotein H (ApoH) is a major phospholipid binding protein and an important component to measure in the assessment of anti-phospholipid syndrome. Apolipoprotein H is the primary target of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs) found in many patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome (APS).

Recombinant Human Apolipoprotein H expressed the target gene encoding Gly20-Cys345 with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.

Recombinant Mouse HMGB1 Protein (E. coli, C-His)

The recombinant mouse HMGB1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. High-mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), also known as HMG-1 or amphoterin previously, is a member of the HMGB family. HMGB1 is a DNA-binding nuclear protein, released actively following cytokine stimulation as well as passively during cell death.

Recombinant Human HMGB1 Protein (E. coli, C-His)

Human High-mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), previously known as HMG-1 or amphoterin, is a member of the high mobility group box family of non-histone chromosomal proteins. Human HMGB1 is expressed as a 30 kDa, 215 amino acid (a.a.) single chain polypeptide.

Recombinant Human MFGE8 Protein (Baculovirus-Insect, His-AVI, Biotinylated)

MFG-E8 is expressed in mammary epithelial cell surfaces and aortic media. MFG-E8 has opsonization of the apoptotic cells and binding to integrins on the surface of phagocytic cells. It also mediates the engulfment of the dead cell.
