PEG2000-DMPE is an amphiphilic molecular material with a wide range of applications in the biomedical field, such as drug delivery, bioimaging and tissue engineering. PEG2000-DMPE can be used to synthesise LNPs. PEG2000-DMPE enhances encapsulation efficiency, which depends on the proportion added to the liposomes. The optimal formulation for animal study is that DMPC/PEG2000-DMPE/CH=50/5/45 at the weight ratio of drug/lipid=1/20.
