Biological Activity

Pam3CSK4 induces production of TNF-α and IL-6 in macrophages. Pam3CSK4 stimulates phosphorylation of p100/p110 and p60 in granulocytic-differentiated HL-60 cells. Pam3CSK4 promotes differentiation of naive CD4+ T cells into Th17 cells.
