Biological Activity

Green DND-26 (same as LysoTracker Green DND-26) is a lysosomal green fluorescent probe that penetrates cell membranes and can be used for lysosome-specific fluorescent staining of living cells. Green DND-26 is a fluorescently labeled lysosomal fluorescent probe with weak bases using DND-26, where only the weak bases partially provide protons to maintain the pH at neutral, allowing selective retention in acidic lysosomes for specific fluorescent labeling of lysosomes. Green DND-26 is suitable for live cell staining, but not for staining fixed cells. It has a maximum excitation wavelength of 504nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 511nm.
