Green DND-26 (same as LysoTracker Green DND-26) is a lysosomal green fluorescent probe that penetrates cell membranes and can be used for lysosome-specific fluorescent staining of living cells. Green DND-26 is a fluorescently labeled lysosomal fluorescent probe with weak bases using DND-26, where only the weak bases partially provide protons to maintain the pH at neutral, allowing selective retention in acidic lysosomes for specific fluorescent labeling of lysosomes. Green DND-26 is suitable for live cell staining, but not for staining fixed cells. It has a maximum excitation wavelength of 504nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 511nm.

ATP-Red 1 is a multisite-binding switchable fluorescent probe, and it can selectively and rapidly responds to intracellular concentrations of ATP in living cells. Live-cell imaging indicated that ATP-Red 1 mainly localized to mitochondria with good biocompatibility and membrane penetration. ATP-Red 1 is a useful tool for investigating ATP-relevant biological processes. |
| (±)-ANAP hydrochloride
(±)-ANAP hydrochloride is the amino acid analog of prodan, acts as a fluorescent probes, and enhances environmental sensitivity with comparable or increased brightness. (±)-ANAP hydrochloride is sensitive to polarity with changes in intensity and emission wavelength. |
