Isolongifolene ((-)-Isolongifolene) is a tricyclic sesquiterpene isolated from Murraya koenigii. Isolongifolene mitigates rotenone-induced oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and apoptosis by modulating the PI3K/AKT/GSK-3β signaling pathway.
