HDAC-IN-7 (Chidamide impurity) is an impurity of Chidamide. Tucidinostat (HBI-8000; Chidamide; CS-055) is a benzamide type inhibitor of histone deacetylase (HDAC) isoenzymes 1, 2, 3 and 10 with IC50 values of 95, 160, 67, 78 nM for HDAC1, 2, 3, 10 respectively. HDAC-IN-7 inhibits acetylation of histone protein H3 and induces apoptosis in human colon cancer cell lines.
