Dehydromiltirone (1,2-Didehydromiltirone) is a diterpenoid quinone with an anti-inflammatory effect. Dehydromiltirone prevents liver injury by modifying the MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways, reducing neuroinflammatory responses, and inhibiting platelet aggregation.
