Triptonide (NSC 165677) is a natural product identified from Triptonia wilfordii. Triptonide is a Wnt signaling inhibitor with an IC50 of about 0.3 nM. Triptonide has immunosuppressive, anti-inflammatory, anti-fertility, neuroprotective and anti-lymphoma effects.
