UU-T02 is a novel potent, selective small-molecule inhibitor of β-Catenin/T-cell factor protein-protein interaction, with a Ki of 1.36 μM. UU-T02 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling. UU-T02 inhibits β-catenin/Tcf4, β-catenin/E-cadherin, β-catenin/APC-R3 with IC50 values of 6.3, 680, 210 μM，respectively.
