Sacituzumab govitecan is an antibody-drug concatenation (ADC) containing a humanized anti-trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP-2) antibody as well as the topoisomerase I inhibitor SN-38。It delivers high concentrations of SN-38 to tumors and can be used in studies related to triple-negative breast cancer.
