Rhoifolin is a flavonoid glycoside isolated from the leaves of Guanxi pomelo (Citrus Grandis). Rhoifolin is beneficial to diabetic complications by enhancing adiponectin secretion, tyrosine phosphorylation of insulin receptor-β and translocation of GLUT4. Rhoifolin ameliorates titanium-stimulated osteolysis and attenuates osteoclast formation through ranKL-induced NF-κB and MAPK pathways.
