Recombinant Human IGF-1 LR3 Protein is a mitogenic polypeptide growth factor that can stimulate the proliferation and survival of various cells, including muscle, bone and cartilage tissue. Recombinant Human IGF-1 LR3 is a recombinant analog of human IGF-I and consists of the complete IGF-I sequence , The third glutamic acid is replaced by arginine, and the N-terminal peptide extends 13 amino acids. The isolated IGF-ILR 3 designed for higher biological efficacy has an increased half-life and an aversion to the binding of natural proteins in the body, making it an ideal choice for research and large-scale cultivation.
The recombinant human IGF1 consists of 83 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 9.1 kDa. A DNA sequence encoding the human IGF1 (P05019-1) (Gly49-Ala118, with mutation Glu 51 Arg) was expressed with a 13 amino acids (MFPAMPLSSLFVN) at its N-terminus.
Measured in a serum-free cell proliferation assay using MCF‑7 human breast cancer cells, the ED50 for this effect is typically 1.5-6 ng/mL.

Recombinant Mouse BMP-4 Protein (E. coli, C-His)
Bone Morphogenetic Protein-4 (BMP-4) is a critical signaling molecule required for the early differentiation of the embryo and establishing of a dorsal-ventral axis. BMP-4 is secreted from the dorsal portion of the notochord, and it acts in concert with sonic hedgehog to establish a dorsal-ventral axis for the differentiation of later structures. |
Recombinant Human Coagulation Factor X (HEK293, C-Fc)
Coagulation factor X, belongs to the peptidase S1 family. Coagulation factor X is initially synthesized in the liver. Coagulation factor X is a vitamin K-dependent glycoprotein that converts prothrombin to thrombin in the presence of factor Va, calcium and phospholipid during blood clotting. |
Recombinant Human FGF-8b Protein (E. coli)
Recombinant Human FGF-8b Protein is a heparin-binding growth factor, which plays a core role in prenatal development, postnatal growth and regeneration of various tissues by promoting cell proliferation and other effect. |
Recombinant Rat GDNF Protein (Baculovirus-Insect, N-His)
GDNF is an important member of the GDNF family of ligands. GDNF plays a key role in the promotion of the survival of dopaminergic neurons. GDNF is a highly conserved neurotrophic factor. The recombinant form of this protein also promotes the survival and differentiation of dopaminergic neurons in culture, and was able to prevent apoptosis of motor neurons induced by axotomy. GDNF also regulates kidney development and spermatogenesis, and it affects alcohol consumption. |
Recombinant Rat PDGF-BB (E. coli)
Platelet-Derived Growth Factor-BB (PDGF-BB) is one of five dimers (PDGF-AA, AB, BB, CC, and DD) formed by 4 different PDGF subunits. PDGF-BB functions in a paracrine manner and promotes organogenesis, human skeletal development, and wound healing. PDGF-BB also promotes angiogenesis, particularly in the presence of Fibroblast Growth Factor basic. |
