Human IFN-α2a and -α2b are allelic variants of the same gene, the IFN-α subtype is classified as an intermediate/strong ISG inducer and has strong antiviral activity against influenza A virus. Human IFN-α2b can be co-cultured with cpg oligonucleotide or imimiquimod in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), and induced in plasmacytoid dendritic cells. Recombinant human IFN-α2 is the only clinically approved subtype of IFN-α. Both IFN-α2a and IFN-α2b are used to treat chronic hepatitis B or C, hairy cell leukemia and other forms of cancer.
Recombinant Human Interferon Alpha-2b expressed the target gene encoding Cys24-Glu188.
Measured in antiviral assay using A549 human lung cancer cells infected with vesicular stomatitisvirus (VSV) The ED50 for this effect is 5 ng/mL.

Recombinant Mouse BMP-4 Protein (E. coli, C-His)
Bone Morphogenetic Protein-4 (BMP-4) is a critical signaling molecule required for the early differentiation of the embryo and establishing of a dorsal-ventral axis. BMP-4 is secreted from the dorsal portion of the notochord, and it acts in concert with sonic hedgehog to establish a dorsal-ventral axis for the differentiation of later structures. |
Recombinant Human Coagulation Factor X (HEK293, C-Fc)
Coagulation factor X, belongs to the peptidase S1 family. Coagulation factor X is initially synthesized in the liver. Coagulation factor X is a vitamin K-dependent glycoprotein that converts prothrombin to thrombin in the presence of factor Va, calcium and phospholipid during blood clotting. |
Recombinant Human FGF-8b Protein (E. coli)
Recombinant Human FGF-8b Protein is a heparin-binding growth factor, which plays a core role in prenatal development, postnatal growth and regeneration of various tissues by promoting cell proliferation and other effect. |
Recombinant Rat GDNF Protein (Baculovirus-Insect, N-His)
GDNF is an important member of the GDNF family of ligands. GDNF plays a key role in the promotion of the survival of dopaminergic neurons. GDNF is a highly conserved neurotrophic factor. The recombinant form of this protein also promotes the survival and differentiation of dopaminergic neurons in culture, and was able to prevent apoptosis of motor neurons induced by axotomy. GDNF also regulates kidney development and spermatogenesis, and it affects alcohol consumption. |
Recombinant Rat PDGF-BB (E. coli)
Platelet-Derived Growth Factor-BB (PDGF-BB) is one of five dimers (PDGF-AA, AB, BB, CC, and DD) formed by 4 different PDGF subunits. PDGF-BB functions in a paracrine manner and promotes organogenesis, human skeletal development, and wound healing. PDGF-BB also promotes angiogenesis, particularly in the presence of Fibroblast Growth Factor basic. |
