Biological Activity

Mangiferin is an Nrf2 activator. Mangiferin inhibits nuclear translocation of NF-κB subunit P65 and P50. Mangiferin has antioxidant, anti-diabetic, anti-hyperuricemia, antiviral, anticancer and anti-inflammatory activities.
