INV-202 is an orally active type 1 cannabinoid receptor (CB1) blocker that blocks the receptor protein CB1 in peripheral tissues such as adipose tissue, gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, liver, pancreas, muscle, and lungs, and can be used in studies related to obesity.
