BMS-986340 is a human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) non-fucosylated (NF) monoclonal antibody to CCR8 that targets, binds to, and blocks CCR8 activity on CCR8-positive tumor-infiltrating regulatory T-cells (Tregs) in tumor microenvironments (TMEs) and prevents chemokine ligand (CCL1-CCR8)-mediated signaling.
