Biological Activity

WX-081, an anti-tuberculosis agent (anti-tuberculosis), has excellent anti-mycobacterial activity against M. tuberculosis H37Rv. It is an oral mycobacterial ATP synthase inhibitor under development for the study of tuberculosis (TB).
