Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is produced by many immune cells, such as T cells, macrophages, mast cells and dendritic cells. It is usually secreted as a homodimer and, upon binding to receptors, inhibits the synthesis of several cytokines, including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, TNF, and GM-CSF produced by activated macrophages and Th2 cells. It also displays the ability to suppress Antigen-Presenting Cell (APC) function.
Measured in a bioassay using C6 cells, the ED50 is < 8.0 μg /ml.
Protein Construction: IL-10 (Ser19-Asn178)
Apparent Molecular Weight: 8~22 kDa, reducing conditions
Endotoxin < 0.2 EU/μg
Lyophilized after extensive dialysis against PBS.
|Solubility (25°C)||Reconstitute the lyophilized powder in ddH2O or PBS up to 100 μg/ml.|
|Storage||Stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for up to 6 months after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days and at -20°C for 3 months.|

|Animal A (mg/kg) = Animal B (mg/kg) multiplied by||Animal B Km|
|Animal A Km|
For example, to modify the dose of Compound A used for a mouse (20 mg/kg) to a dose based on the BSA for a rat, multiply 20 mg/kg by the Km factor for a mouse and then divide by the Km factor for a rat. This calculation results in a rat equivalent dose for Compound A of 10 mg/kg.

|Recombinant Human GOLM1 Protein(C-6His)
Golgi Membrane Protein 1 (GOLM1) belongs to the GOLM1/CASC4 family, GOLM1 is a single-pass type II membrane protein and can be found in many tissues . GOLM1 is overexpressed in prostate cancer and lung adenocarcinoma tissue. GOLM1 can be up-regulated in response to viral infection. GOLM1 is induced by the E1A adenoviral protein. GOLM1 plays a key role in the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum.
