Recombinant GM-CSF Protein is a growth factor that can support the in vitro colony formation of granulocyte-macrophage progenitors. GM-CSF is produced by a number of different cell types, including activated T cells, B cells, macrophages, mast cells, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts, in response to cytokine of immune and inflammatory stimuli. Additionally, Granulocyte Macrophage-Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) can stimulate the proliferation of a number of tumor cell lines, including osteogenic sarcoma, carcinoma, and adenocarcinoma cell lines.
ED50 < 0.05 ng/ml, measured in a cell proliferation assay using mouse FDC-P1 cells, corresponding to a specific activity of > 2.0 × 107 units/mg.
Accession: # Q14AD9
Apparent Molecular Weight: 15~19 kDa, on SDS-PAGE under non-reducing conditions.
Lyophilized after extensive dialysis against PBS.

Animal A (mg/kg) = Animal B (mg/kg) multiplied by | Animal B Km |
Animal A Km |
For example, to modify the dose of Compound A used for a mouse (20 mg/kg) to a dose based on the BSA for a rat, multiply 20 mg/kg by the Km factor for a mouse and then divide by the Km factor for a rat. This calculation results in a rat equivalent dose for Compound A of 10 mg/kg.

Recombinant Human GOLM1 Protein(C-6His)
Golgi Membrane Protein 1 (GOLM1) belongs to the GOLM1/CASC4 family, GOLM1 is a single-pass type II membrane protein and can be found in many tissues . GOLM1 is overexpressed in prostate cancer and lung adenocarcinoma tissue. GOLM1 can be up-regulated in response to viral infection. GOLM1 is induced by the E1A adenoviral protein. GOLM1 plays a key role in the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. |
