Genus: Mouse
Expression system: Mammalian
Purity: >95% by reduced SDS-PAGE
Endotoxin: less than 0.1 ng/µg (1 EU/µg) by LAL test
Molecular weight: 21.8 KDa
Storage and Stability: Lyophilized proteins should be stored at <-20°C, although stable at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solutions can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Recombinant sample aliquots are stable for 3 months at <-20°C.
Bioactivity: TIM-1/KIM-1/HAVCR belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and has 305 amino acids (aa). It is expressed by stimulated T cells. TIM-1/KIM-1/HAVCR may play a role in the development of T helper cells and in the regulation of asthma and allergic diseases. It is a receptor for TIMD4. and may play a role in kidney injury and repair. Belongs to the T-cell and airway phenotypic regulator (Tapr) locus, a single chromosomal region that confers reduced T-helper type 2 responsiveness and protects against airway hyperactivity (AHR), a hallmark of human asthma.
Solubility (25°C) | It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100μg/ml. |

Animal A (mg/kg) = Animal B (mg/kg) multiplied by | Animal B Km |
Animal A Km |
For example, to modify the dose of Compound A used for a mouse (20 mg/kg) to a dose based on the BSA for a rat, multiply 20 mg/kg by the Km factor for a mouse and then divide by the Km factor for a rat. This calculation results in a rat equivalent dose for Compound A of 10 mg/kg.

Recombinant Human Tau-F Protein (E.coli)
Tau proteins are proteins which contain four Tau/MAP repeats. They promote microtubule assembly and stability, and might be involved in the establishment and maintenance of neuronal polarity. |
Recombinant Human Tau Protein (E. coli, His Tag)
Tau proteins are proteins that stabilize microtubules. Tau protein is a highly soluble microtubule-associated protein (MAP). In humans, these proteins are mostly found in neurons compared to non-neuronal cells. One of tau's main functions is to modulate the stability of axonal microtubules. |
Recombinant Rat IL-23 Protein (HEK293, C-His)
IL-23 (IL-23 alpha & IL-12 beta Heterodimer) Protein is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing rat-derived IL-23 alpha & IL-12 beta Heterodimer protein, expressed by HEK293. |
Recombinant Rat IL-6 (HEK293)
Interleukin-6 (IL-6), also known as BSF-2, CDF and IFNB2, is a pleiotropic cytokine that participates in both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory responses. |
Recombinant Rat IL-12 (Mammalian, C-6His)
Interleukin 12 (IL-12) has important immunological functions. IL12 facilitates hematopoietic stem cell proliferation, induces NK cell proliferation, and potentiates the expansion and late activation of Th1 CD4+ T cells. |
