Recombinant Mouse Interleukin-4 is a pleiotropic cytokine regulates diverse T and B cell responses including cell proliferation, survival, and gene expression. It is produced by mast cells, activated T cells and bone marrow stromal cells. IL-4 regulates the differentiation of native CD4+ T cells (Th0 cells) into helper Th2 cells, and regulates the immunoglobulin class switching to the IgG1 and IgE isotypes. IL-4 also plays a major role in inflammation response and wound repair via activation of macrophage into M2 cells.
ED50 < 2 ng/ml, measured in a cell proliferation assay using murine HT-2 cells, corresponding to a specific activity of >5 x 105 units/mg.
Accession: # P07750

Recombinant Human HMGB1 Protein (E. coli)
High mobility group protein B1 is a member of the HMGB family consisting of three members, HMGB1, HMGB2 and HMGB3. As a nuclear protein, HMGB1 stabilizes nucleosomes and allows bending of DNA that facilitates gene transcription which is essential for individual survival. Meanwhile, it is revealed that HMGB1 can also act as a cytokine extracellularlly and regulates monocyte, T cell, dendritic cell activities in inflammatory responses. |
Recombinant Human IL-25/IL-17E (E. coli, C-His)
Interleukin 25 (IL-25) belongs to the Interleukin 17 (IL-17) family of proteins. IL25 is a glycoprotein secreted as dimers by innate effector eosinophils and basophils, and present at very low levels in various peripheral tissues. IL25, together with IL17B, are ligands for the cytokine receptor IL17BR, and the cross-linking induces NF-κB activation and production of the proinflammatory chemokine IL-8, as well as ERK, JNK, and p38 activation. |

Recombinant Human SEMA3A (Mammalian, N-6His-Flag)
Semaphorin 3A (SEMA3A) is a secreted protein which belongs to the semaphorin family. Semaphorin 3A can function as either a chemorepulsive agent, inhibiting axonal outgrowth, or as a chemoattractive agent, stimulating the growth of apical dendrites. |
Recombinant Human CD143/ACE (E. coli, N-GST)
CD143/ACE Protein is a recombinant human Angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE, CD143) which hydrolyzes small peptides such as angiotensin I, bradykinin, substance P, LH-RH and several others and thus plays a key role in blood pressure regulation and vascular remodeling. ACE plays a crucial role in blood pressure regulation, vascular remodeling, and immunity. |
