Storage and stability: After receiving, the product remains stable at -70°C or -20°C for up to 6 months. After recombination, the product should be stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for 3 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Bioactivity: Fully bioactive compared to the standard. Chemotactic bioassay of human 293 cells transfected with HUMAN CXCR2 showed bioactivity in the concentration range of 10.0-100.0 ng/ mL. It is an 8 kDa pro-inflammatory member of the CXC subfamily of heparin binding chemokines, also known as chemokines. CXCL3 of mature mice was 88% and 57% homologous to the amino acid (AA) sequences of rat and human CXCL3, respectively.

For example, to modify the dose of Compound A used for a mouse (20 mg/kg) to a dose based on the BSA for a rat, multiply 20 mg/kg by the Km factor for a mouse and then divide by the Km factor for a rat. This calculation results in a rat equivalent dose for Compound A of 10 mg/kg.
