Biological Activity

R-spondin-3 (RSPO3) is a member of the thrombospondin type 1 repeat supergene family. RSPO3 founctions as a activator of the beta-catenin signaling cascade, leading to TCF-dependent gene activation. Recombinant Human R-Spondin 3 is produced by Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln22-Val146 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
