Fms-like Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT3L) is a hematopoietic four helical bundle cytokine. Flt‑3 Ligand is expressed as a noncovalently-linked dimer by T cells and bone marrow and thymic fibroblasts. It is structurally homologous to stem cell factor (SCF) and colony stimulating facor 1 (CSF-1). In synergy with other growth factors, Flt3 ligand stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of various blood cell progenitors by activiation of Flt 3 receptor.
Recombinant Human Fms-like Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand expressed the target gene encoding Thr27-Pro184 with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
Immobilized Human FLT3L (C-6His) at 5 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human FLT3, the EC50 of Human FLT3 is not higher than 10 ng/ml.
