Biological Activity

The Recombinant Dengue virus (type 2, strain New Guinea C) NS1 consists of 371 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 42.3 kDa. A DNA sequence encoding the Dengue virus (type 2, strain New Guinea C) NS1 (Asp1-Ala352) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
