Biological Activity

Recombinant ASFV p72 complex is produced by Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Thr646&Met1-Leu530 is expressed with a 10His-3*Flag tag and a Flag-Strep tag at the N-terminus. Protein p72 is the major capsid protein of African swine fever virus (ASFV) and is an important target for test and vaccine development.
