Biological Activity

NUC-7738 is an effective pro-apoptotic agent in cancer cells with effects on the NF-kappaB pathway. NUC-7738 induced a cytotoxic effect on a wide range of cancer cell lines with an IC50 in the low uM range (<10 uM). NUC-7738 has been well tolerated and has demonstrated encouraging signals of anti-cancer activity in solid tumours.
