Biological Activity

LM2I is a derivative of polymyxin (SPA) and also an activator of argininosuccinate synthase (ASS1), which interacts directly with ASS1 and has antiproliferative and antitumor activities. In addition, LM2I inhibits the growth of colorectal cancer cells through the EGFR pathway. It can be used in studies related to colorectal cancer.
