Biological Activity

Isepamicin Sulphate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic derived from actinomycetes that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by targeting the bacterial 30S ribosomal subunit.The antimicrobial spectrum of Isepamicin Sulphate includes Enterobacteriaceae and Staphylococci, and it has improved activity against strains producing type I 6'-acetyltransferases.
