FITC-RGD is a fluorescent probe formed by the covalent coupling of fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) to a glycine -glycine-aspartic acid (RGD) peptide via a covalent bond. FITC-RGD combines the dual functions of green fluorescence labelling and specific recognition of integrin receptors, and is widely used in cell imaging and research into molecular mechanisms.
