Durlobactam (ETX2514) sodium is an inhibitor of β-lactamase with IC50 values of 4 nM, 14 nM, and 190 nM for Class A KPC-2, Class C AmpC, and Class D OXA-24, respectively. Durlobactam (ETX2514) sodium can be used in studies about Gram-negative bacteria including Acinetobacter baumannii.
