Biological Activity

Dryocrassin ABBA (Dryocrassin) is a natural product of flavonoids extracted from Sophora flavescens, with antiviral and antibacterial activities. Dryocrassin ABBA has antiviral activity against H5N1 avian influenza virus. Dryocrassin ABBA could inhibit coagulase activity of STaphylococcus aureus vWbp. Dryocrassin ABBA can inhibit the immune stimulation of dendritic cells and prolong the survival rate of allografts.

K22

K22 is an inhibitor of coronavirus RNA synthesis that specifically targets membrane-associated coronavirus RNA synthesis. K22 effectively blocks replication of multiple coronaviruses by inhibiting the critical step of viral replication complex anchoring to host cell membranes to form double-membrane vesicles (DMVs). K22 exhibits broad-spectrum antiviral activity against diverse coronaviruses.
