Diphenyl Blue (Direct Blue 14) is a reference dye used as a group of azo dyes. Diphenyl Blue (Direct Blue 14) staining is one of the methods for tissue and cell culture. When cells are deactivated or have incomplete cell membranes, Diphenyl Blue can stain them Blue. Normal living cells with intact cell membranes reject Diphenyl blue and do not stain them blue.

5(6)-CFDA
5(6)-CFDA (5-(6)-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate) is a cell-permeant, amine-reactive green fluorescent probe used to stain cells for analysis in applications. (λex: 492 nm; λem: 517 nm). |
WGA
Wheat Germ Agglutinin (WGA) selectively binds to glycoprotein and glycollipic n-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) and n-acetylnervine (sialic acid) residues, and can be used to label the cell membranes of mammalian cells, gram-positive bacteria and yeast. And the sacral membrane of the bone and heart. |
Pluronic F-127
Pluronic F-127 was used for fluorescent labeling of blood vessels, astrocytes, and neurons. Pluronic F-127 is frequently used with dye AM esters such as Indo-1 AM, Fura-2 AM, Calcein AM, Fluo-3 AM, Fluo-4 AM, etc. to improve their water solubility. |
