Biological Activity

Dihydroberberine inhibited the human Ether-related gene (hERG) channel and significantly reduced the expression of heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) and its interaction with hERG. Dihydroberberine has anti-inflammatory, antiatherosclerotic, hylipidemic and antitumor activities.
