Biological Activity

Diclofenamide (Dichlorphenamide) is a sulfonamide and a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor of the meta-Disulfamoylbenzene class. It is used as an adjunct to reduce intraocular pressure in the treatment of glaucoma.
