CTB is a potent p300 histone acetyltransferase activator.
CTB (10, 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 µM; 10 min) enhances p300 HAT activity of p300 in a dosedependent manner. CTB (50 uM; 24 h) increases p300/CBP activity , and reduces autophagic flux in primary neurons.
CTB induces time dependence apoptosis of MCF-7 cells.

For example, to modify the dose of Compound A used for a mouse (20 mg/kg) to a dose based on the BSA for a rat, multiply 20 mg/kg by the Km factor for a mouse and then divide by the Km factor for a rat. This calculation results in a rat equivalent dose for Compound A of 10 mg/kg.
