Vornorexant (ORN-0829; TS-142) is an effective dual antagonist of OX1R and OX2R, with IC50 values of 1.05 nM and 1.27 nM, respectively. Vornorexant has shown effective sleep promotion in animal models and can be used to study insomnia.
