Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein (LAG3) is a member of immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. It is selectively expressed in activated T and NK cells. LAG3 contains 4 extracellular Ig-like domains and has a negative regulatory function in T cells. It also acts as a new marker of T cell-induced B cell activation. It can lead to increased antigen-specific T-cell responses in vivo.
Recombinant Human LAG-3 expressed the target gene encoding Met1-Leu450 with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
Immobilized LAG3 Protein at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-LAG3(BMS)-IgG4 Antibody (Relatlimab), the EC50 is 8-40ng/mL.
