Fluridone is a biosynthesis inhibitor of abscisic acid (ABA), a significant plant hormone. Fluridone and glyphosate disrupted the E2 concentration and decreased glutathione concentration in liver, whereas penoxsulam, imazamox, and fluridone inhibited brain AChE activity. E2 concentrations were significantly increased in female and male fish exposed to 0.21 μM of fluridone and in male fish exposed to 0.46, 4.2, and 5300 μM of glyphosate. GSH concentrations decreased in males exposed to fluridone at 2.8 μM and higher, and glyphosate at 4.2 μM.

Paclobutrazol (97%)
Paclobutrazol is a triazole-containing plant growth retardant that is known to inhibit the biosynthesis of gibberellins. Paclobutrazol, transported acropetally in plants, can also suppress the synthesis of abscisic acid and induce chilling tolerance in plants. Paclobutrazol also has antifungal activities. |
24-epi-Castasterone
24-epi-Castasterone, a brassinosteroid, is a nature product that could be isolated from Hydrodictyon reticulatwn. |
2,4-D sodium salt
2,4-D sodium salt is a selective herbicide for the control of broad-leaved weeds. 2,4-D sodium salt inhibits DNA and protein synthesis, thereby preventing normal plant growth and development. 2,4-D sodium salt can induce apoptosis. |
3-Chloro-4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid
3-Chloro-4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid is an auxin influx inhibitor. 3-Chloro-4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid is one of the major chlorinated metabolite of chlorotyrosine. |
6-Furfurylaminopurine
6-Furfurylaminopurine is a purine natural endogenous plant hormone. 6-Furfurylaminopurine has the effect of promoting cell division and tissue differentiation; inducing bud differentiation and relieving apical dominance; delaying protein and chlorophyll degradation, with freshness preservation and antiflagellation; delaying the formation of isolates and increasing fruit set. |
