Trifolirhizin is a pterocarpan flavonoid isolated from the root of Sophora flavescoreae. Trifolirhizin showed high tyrosinase inhibitory activity with IC50 of 506 μM. Trifolirhizin has potential anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities.
