Prostratin inhibits growth and induces differentiation of AML cell lines. Prostratin enhances cytarabine-induced differentiation of AML cells.
Prostratin inhibits tumorigenesis in KRAS mutant pancreatic cancer cells and reduces tumor growth in mouse pancreatic tumor models.
