Biological Activity

Arjunolic acid is a saponin isolated from blueberries that has a variety of biological activities such as antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Arjunolic acid is also a potent antioxidant that plays an important role in protecting cells and tissues from the harmful effects of reactive oxygen species.
