Biological Activity

Secnidazole is a nitroimidazole anti - infective compound. Secnidazole is an effective compound for diamebic disease. Secnidazole is also used against ectopic vaginalis. The MIC range of secnidazole was 4-128 mg/L. The MIC50 of secnidazole was 16 mg/L. The MIC90 of secnidazole was 64 mg/L. Secnidazole is very effective in parasitology.
