Netarsudil dimesylate is a Rho-kinase (ROCK) inhibitor with potential intraocular pressure (IOP) lowering activity that inhibits both the ROCK and Rho pathways and increases atrial humor (AH) outflow via the trabecular pathway, reducing IOP and may be used in glaucoma-related studies.
