HJC0350 is a potent and selective EPAC2 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.3 μM, exhibiting no inhibition on Epac1. HJC0350 selectively blocks cAMP-induced EPAC2 activation. HJC0350 do not inhibit cAMP-mediated PKA activation. HJC0350 inhibits 007-AM mediated cellular activation of EPAC2 in HEK293/EPAC2-FL cells.
