Species: Mouse
Expression system: HEK 293
Purity: SDS-PAGE, > 95%
Endotoxin: protein < 0.2 EU/μg was determined by gel coagulation
Apparent molecular weight: 22~ 27kda, sds-page under reduction conditions
Storage and stability: After receiving, the product remains stable at temperatures below -70°C for up to 6 months. After recombination, the product should be stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for 3 months. For long-term preservation, carrier protein (e.g. 0.1% BSA) is recommended. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Biological activity: EC50 value of cardiac trophic factor-1 ≤1.25 ng/ mL and specific activity ≥0.8 × 106 units /mg were determined by dose-dependent proliferation of TF-1 cells. Ct-1 is associated with the pathophysiology of various heart diseases such as hypertension, myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease and congestive heart failure. This protein exerts its cellular effects by interacting with a glycoprotein 130 (GP130)/ leukemic suppressor receptor β (LIFR) heterodimer. Ct-1 activates cardiomyocyte phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase (PI-3 kinase) and enhances transcription factor NF-κB DNA-binding activity. Ct-1 is highly expressed in the heart, skeletal muscle, prostate and ovary, and low in lung, kidney, pancreas, thymus, testis and small intestine.

For example, to modify the dose of Compound A used for a mouse (20 mg/kg) to a dose based on the BSA for a rat, multiply 20 mg/kg by the Km factor for a mouse and then divide by the Km factor for a rat. This calculation results in a rat equivalent dose for Compound A of 10 mg/kg.

β-2-Microglobulin (B2M) is a secreted protein with 1 Ig-like C1-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain which belongs to the beta-2-microglobulin family. B2M may adopt the fibrillar configuration of amyloid in certain pathologic states. |
Recombinant Mouse E-Selectin/CD62E Protein (HEK293)
E-selectin, also known as endothelial leukocyte adhesion molecule-1 (ELAM-1) and CD62E, is an inducible adhesion molecule that is expressed on the surfaces of stimulated vascular endothelial cells and is sometimes involved in cancer cell metastasis. |
Recombinant Human DPP4/CD26 (Mammalian, C-6His)
DPP4/CD26 is a signal-anchor for type II membrane protein that belongs to the peptidase S9B family. DPP4/CD26 acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation, by binding at least ADA, CAV1, IGF2R, and PTPRC. It’s binding to CAV1 and CARD11 induces T-cell proliferation and NF-kappa-B activation in a T-cell receptor/CD3-dependent manner. |
