| Description: | Stavudine (D4T) is a potent inhibitor of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase in vitro. Stavudine also inhibits the replication of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA). Stavudine reduces NLRP3 inflammasome activation and modulates Amyloid-β autophagy. Stavudine induces apoptosis. |
